Original Dutch-delivered Porsche Cayman 987.1 2.7 in the color Meteor Grey, equipped with original documentation such as (service) booklets, full maintenance history and verifiable mileage. Since 2019, all invoices have also been kept. This Cayman is completely original, accident-free and is fully and verifiably still in its first original paint (paint thickness measurement welcome). The car is in very good and well-kept condition both technically and cosmetically and has been well and expertly maintained by a Porsche specialist. The car has always been kept indoors in a dry and heated garage, and has been perfectly maintained. Over the past 3 years, among other things, the spark plugs have been replaced, the ignition coils, and the oil has been changed annually. It is fitted with very nice 19" original Porsche Carrera Sport wheels in very good condition, had a gearbox rebuild by the previous owner, and has new headliner upholstery (so it can no longer sag, which is a known Cayman issue). The interior and dashboard still look like new, no peeling buttons or signs of use! Only a small crack in the leather of the driver’s seat in the bolster next to the Alcantara. The Porsche has also been professionally aligned, and a report with wheel position readings for future alignment is available. Mechanically the car is in excellent health, it does not consume oil and is always gently warmed up for 15 minutes. The Cayman 987.1 2.7 is the sweet spot of the last analog Porsches with a naturally aspirated 6-cylinder! It is lighter than the 3.4 S version and has one of the most robust engines. The M97/20 also has a stronger IMS bearing and is not prone to bore scoring (unlike the S version). With its mid-engine layout, the handling is fantastic without being uncomfortably firm. The 5-speed gearbox shifts beautifully smoothly and the engine character is lively and invites you to pull through the revs smoothly, of course always with respect for the mechanics.
