Pactly Car is a marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers. Pactly Car acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions.

Listings

Sellers commit to providing accurate information. Any fraudulent or misleading listing will be removed.

User conduct

Harassment, abusive behavior and any illegal content are strictly prohibited. Reporting and blocking tools are available in-app via the '…' button in conversations or on profiles. Blocking a user immediately removes their messages and hides their listings from you. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.

Liability

The transaction is concluded directly between buyer and seller. Pactly Car is an intermediary and cannot be held liable for the condition of the vehicle or the completion of the sale. Always inspect the vehicle before purchase.

Professional dealers are subject to identity and VAT verification.
